Dr Maria Opacic MD, FRACGP
After completing the AMC exams for overseas graduates, Dr. Maria Opacic worked at Royal North Shore Hospital for 2 years. She then undertook postgraduate training in general practice, completing her RACGP Fellowship exam in 1996.
Dr. Opacic has been a practicing GP in the Eastern Suburbs since 1993 and at Ocean Medical since 1998, establishing herself as one of the most trusted and respected GPs in the area. She has been a GP advisor for Women’s Health and Pregnancy GP Shared Care at the Royal Hospital for Women over a period of ten years. She has an interest in all aspects of general practice, including pregnancy, newborn care, weight management, men’s health issues as well as complex chronic disease management.
In her free time, Dr. Opacic enjoys her time with family and friends, reading, philosophy and meditation.
Dr Shireen Nallaiah MBBS(Hons1,Syd)MPH(Hons,Syd),FRACGP
Dr Nallaiah graduated from the University of Sydney with 1st Class Honours and worked for many years at Concord Hospital. She completed a Masters in Public Health and Community Medicine and specialised in General Practice, attaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has worked in practices in Southern Sydney and the Inner West of Sydney. Dr Nallaiah was founder and director of a General Practice in the Inner West of Sydney where she worked for many years serving her local community.
Outside the clinical setting, Dr Nallaiah has held an academic post at the University of Sydney, Westmead Clinical School, where she was actively involved in General Practice research and teaching medical students; advocated the rights of fellow GPs in training, serving as GP Registrar Liaison Officer with the Institute of General Practice Education; and held the position of Director of Quality Improvement at Concord Hospital. Dr Nallaiah has special interest in Children’s Health, Women’s Health, Chronic Disease management, Mental Health, Preventative Health Care as well as Travel Medicine.
Shireen is available to see our existing as well as new patients and walk ins on Tuesdays between 8.30am – 12 pm.
Dr Tania Rogers MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Tania Rogers graduated from the University of Sydney with a combined Arts/Medicine degree. Dr Rogers is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds additional qualifications in occupational medicine. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine, occupational health, preventative health and management of chronic disease. In her spare moments, she spends time with her family.
Tania is available to see our existing as well as new patients and walk ins on Mondays between 8.30am – 12.30pm and on Fridays between 12 – 5pm.
Dr Linda Lombard MBChB, FRACGP
Dr Linda Lombard has extensive experience as a General Practitioner for over 17 years in Australia and has worked as a Doctor for over 25 years including South Africa and the UK. She has a warm compassionate manner and is known for spending time with her patients and being interested in all aspects of their health and well-being. A Fellow of Royal Australian College of GP, Linda also completed further training in Antenatal Care with the Royal Hospital for Women. She has Diplomas in Family Planning, Tropical Medicine and Public Health. Dr Lombard has worked in sexual health clinics, family planning clinics and travel clinics both in Australia and the UK. She maintains regular updates on all aspects of General Practice as well as good relationships with local specialists.
Dr Lombard has 2 children of her own and has travelled extensively so brings her own personal experience as well as medical training to her role as a Family GP
Michelle Fox, Registered Psychologist
Michelle is a registered psychologist with experience in both personal and work related issues. Michelle works with adults of all ages and backgrounds and deals with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, separation and divorce, parenting, relationships, self esteem, weight management, bullying and harassment and many more.
Michelle is warm and engaging and provides a supportive environment in which to work through difficulties and challenges, gain insight into your self, change limiting patterns and beliefs, improve self esteem and overall wellbeing; and be able to ‘live your best life’.

Robyn Brass, Registered Psychologist
M.A.(Psych.) Syd.Uni., Dip Ed. UNSW, M.A.P.S.
Robyn Brass provides individual support and counselling for children, adolescents and adults as well as couples, relationships and family counselling.
Robyn is certified by the NSW Psychologists Registration Board and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (M.A.P.S.). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (UNSW); a Diploma of Education (UNSW); and a Master of Arts in Psychology (University of Sydney). She has additional training in: Cognitive behavourial therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Narrative, Gestalt, Somatic,Transactional analysis, and 4 years’ experience with the Counselling Training Centre of NSW. She is a trained personal life coach.

Zoe Perkin, Nurse
Zoe is an highly qualified and experienced nurse who completed her training in London. Zoe spent time working in the Emergency Department in both Melbourne and Sydney before joining us here at Ocean Medical Practice Bondi. When not at work Zoe enjoys spending time with her two young children down on the South Coast.
