You may notice a loss of interest in activities that you used to enjoy. You may develop physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach aches, palpitations or fatigue. Mental Stress effects almost everyone at some stage of their lives. It's important to seek help, especially if you notice that it starts to affect other areas of your life such as your social life, family life, work or study.

If your psychological health is impaired, you may be eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan. A Mental Health Care Plan can be created by your GP to enable you to see a psychologist and access Medicare Rebates. Our Bondi doctors & GPs are able to refer you to a psychologist or clinical psychologist of your preferred choice. Our Bondi Rd Doctors Team have additional training in Mental Health Conditions and look forward to helping you.
